Shipping policy

PREORDER PROCESSING

The Be Normal Tank is available for preorder and is expected to ship approximately six weeks after the order is placed. If the estimated shipping timeline changes, we’ll contact you using the email provided at checkout.

UNITED STATES SHIPPING

We currently ship within the United States only. Our current standard shipping rate is $8 for orders under $70, and standard shipping is free for orders of $70 or more. An express shipping option may also be available at checkout.

DELIVERY

Delivery estimates begin when your order ships, not when the preorder is placed. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on the way. Carrier transit times are estimates and may be affected by weather, holidays, or other delays outside our control.

ADDRESS CHANGES

Please contact us as soon as possible if your shipping address needs to be updated. We can’t guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has shipped.
