When will my preorder ship?

The Be Normal Tank is estimated to ship approximately six weeks after purchase. We’ll email you tracking as soon as it’s on the way. Preorder timelines are estimates; if anything changes, we’ll let you know.

What sizes are available?

The tank is available in Small, Medium, and Large. Check the size guide on the product page before ordering for body and garment measurements.

Can I return or exchange my order?

All preorder sales are final. Size exchanges may be requested within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items in their original condition. Exchanges depend on size availability.

How do I request a size exchange?

Send us a message through the Contact page with your order number and the size you need.

How should I care for the tank?

Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle with like colors. Do not bleach. Lay flat to dry or tumble dry low. Cool iron if needed, but do not iron directly over the embroidery.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States. Standard shipping is calculated at checkout.
